By engaging our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
We provide professional drone photography and video production services for businesses, real estate, marketing, and events.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and compliance with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations and Australian law.
We reserve the right to decline or modify any project that violates aviation restrictions, privacy laws, or safety requirements.
Bookings can be made via email, phone, or our website.
A deposit (if applicable) may be required to confirm your booking.
Payment must be made in full before final media delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be stated on your invoice or quotation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services or withholding of delivered media.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the quoted price.
In the event of adverse weather, technical issues, or airspace restrictions, we reserve the right to reschedule the shoot at no additional cost.
Clients must:
Obtain all necessary permissions to film or photograph at the chosen location.
Ensure the filming area is safe, clear, and compliant with local laws.
Provide accurate project details and cooperate with our drone operators during the shoot.
We will not be liable for delays or issues caused by incomplete information or lack of access to the site.
All drone operations are conducted in accordance with CASA regulations under ARN: 1291932.
We adhere to strict safety standards and will not operate drones:
Within restricted or no-fly zones,
During poor weather conditions,
Over crowds or moving vehicles, or
At night, without appropriate permissions.
If flight conditions are deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel operations.
Full ownership of raw footage and images remains with Brisbane Drone Media until full payment is received.
Once payment is made, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for their intended business or marketing purposes.
We retain the right to use footage and images for our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
Standard editing includes basic color correction, trimming, and stabilization.
Additional editing requests or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
All final deliverables will be shared via secure online delivery within the estimated timeframe provided.
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, Brisbane Drone Media is not liable for:
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from drone operations conducted in compliance with law.
Delays caused by weather, equipment malfunction, or airspace restrictions.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or media.
Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All creative concepts, designs, and production elements developed by Brisbane Drone Media remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect business or legal changes. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
